2011 was a year of time well spent with my daughter, pets, friends, family, travels and hobbies.

I gave myself a challenge to create an image with only indoor lighting and no editing. I wanted it to have a film grain look, even though it was taken with my DSLR. Here is what I came up with.

Holly Hoops!

Holly has taken up a new hobby of hooping! She is even making and selling customized hoops to friends. I talked her into bearing the cold on a brisk winter day for a hooping photo shoot.
